Connect Mapp

1. Sign up to leadthing.dev and purchase a subscription
2. Get the leadthing.dev API key
3. Create an API user on MAPP and copy the username and password
4. Get the Mapp instance domain, e.g.: my.mapp-instance.com
5. Get the id of the group where the leads should be added to
6. Send the Newsletter System name, the leadthing API key, the Mapp username, the password, the instance domain and the group id to Sovendus
